The Cellists of the Future – Skåne's First Cello Orchestra

This evening begins with a series of performances by both advanced students and professional musicians. Experience the rich sound and variety of the cello in everything from quartets to ensembles with up to 12 cellists on stage, where precision and passion meet in perfect harmony.

In the second half of the concert, we make history in Skåne when over 50 cellists – from children as young as 10 to adult amateurs – unite in a magnificent cello orchestra. Together they perform accessible and joyful pieces that will captivate both heart and mind. This will be an evening to remember, a celebration of the power of music to bring generations together and create something greater than ourselves.
